This notice covers the Infinite Fusion group website, including its Technologies and Services pages, and the enquiries sent through its contact form.
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, subject, message, and any company name you choose to provide. We use these details to route your enquiry to the relevant team and respond to you. Sending a message does not sign you up for marketing.
We process enquiries because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us. Where an enquiry concerns a potential contract, processing may also be necessary to take steps you request before entering that contract.
Our contact form uses Resend to deliver your message to our team. Relevant Infinite Fusion staff may receive and handle it. We also use your IP address temporarily to limit repeated form submissions and protect the site from abuse.
The contact form does not currently load Cloudflare Turnstile. If we enable it, Cloudflare will process technical signals to protect the form from automated submissions.
Cloudflare also helps deliver and protect this website. These providers may process information in countries outside Malta. Their privacy information explains their processing and transfer safeguards.
The website holds IP addresses used for form rate limiting only for a short period in server memory. Enquiry messages are delivered by email and kept while needed to handle the enquiry and any related business correspondence, or for longer if a legal obligation requires it.

We may use cookies or similar technologies needed to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare may set security cookies when its protection requires them. These are not used by us for advertising.
We do not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies on this website, and no analytics choice is requested.
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, request its deletion or restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. These rights may be subject to legal limits.
